Step outside of your suite and lock your door by swiping down on the keypad:

1. Enter your PIN code (do not press * at the end)
2. Press # (instead of *) once
3. Press # (instead of *) once more
4. Press 8

This will restore your ability to program PIN/fob/fingerprint.
